Nachmieter für renovierte 2-Zi-Whg. in Bad Homburg/Frankfurt mit Balkon - ca. 1.040 inkl. Gas & Strom

Meine Wohnung (2 Zimmer, 54 qm, Balkon) ist ab dem 1. Dezember 2022 frei.

Lage: Bad Homburg, 5-10 Gehminuten zum Bahnhof (20 Min. nach Frankfurt), mehrere Bushaltestellen sind in der Nähe. Der Stadtpark, das Schloss und das Zentrum von Bad Homburg sind nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Alle notwendigen Geschäfte sind fußläufig zu erreichen: REWE, dm, ALDI, Bio-Supermarkt, Bäckereien, Apotheken, Saturn etc.

Details: 2 Zimmer + Küche, Bad, Balkon, Keller- & Dachbodenabteil. Im Wohn- und Schlafzimmer ist Parkett verlegt. Das Badezimmer hat eine Badewanne und eine Dusche sowie einen Waschtisch mit Schubladen. Die Küche verfügt über eine Einbauküche mit Induktionskochfeld, Backofen und Geschirrspüler. Den Kühlschrank und die Waschmaschine verkaufe ich an den Nachmieter.

Die Miete beträgt insgesamt ca. 1.040 Euro inklusive Gas und Strom.

Ich möchte den größten Teil meiner Möbel an den Nachmieter für 1.400 Euro verkaufen. Dazu gehören: Sofa (von BoConcept), Wohnzimmertisch, Schreibtisch mit Lampe, Bücherregal, Kommode, Kleiderschrank, Schuhschrank, Nachttische, Teppich (alles von IKEA), Esstisch mit Stühlen, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Deckenleuchten im Wohn- und Schlafzimmer, Rollvorhänge und Rollos. Die meisten dieser Gegenstände wurden innerhalb der letzten 1-2 Jahre gekauft. Das Bett und der Kleiderschrank gehören nicht dazu, können aber auf Wunsch kostenlos übernommen werden.

Location: Bad Homburg, 5-10-minute walk to train station (20 mins to Frankfurt), several bus stops are close by. It is just a few steps away from the city park, the castle and the center of Bad Homburg. All necessary shops are within walking distance: REWE, dm, ALDI, organic supermarket, bakeries, pharmacies, Saturn etc.

Details: 2 rooms + kitchen, bathroom, balcony, basement & attic compartments. There is parquet (wood) floor in the living and bed room. The bathroom has a bathtub and a shower as well as a washstand with drawers. The kitchen comes with a built-in kitchen with induction cooktop, oven and dishwasher. I am selling the fridge and washing machine to the new tenant.

Rent is approx. 1,040 euros in total including gas & electricity.

I would like to sell most of my furniture to the new tenant for 1,400 euros. This includes: sofa (from BoConcept), living room table, desk with lamp, bookshelf, dresser, wardrobe, shoe cabinet, night tables, carpet (all from IKEA), dining table with chairs, washing machine, fridge, ceiling lights in living and bedroom, roll curtains and roller blinds.
