Die Küchenzeile ist maßgepasst und darf gerne übernommen werden. Während des Kochens schaut man durch das Fenster, auf das Siebengebirge.
Die Lage ist ziemlich zentral. Ein Supermarkt ist in Fußreichweite, sowie zahlreiche Bäckereien, Cafés und andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Sowohl die Straßennbahn, als auch die Regionalbahn ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Mit dem Auto ist man flott auf der Autobahn.
Geht man aus der Haustür die Straße bergaufwärts, erreicht man bald den Wald und kann wunderbar im Siebengebirge spazieren gehen. Folgt man der Straße den Berg hinab, so gelangt man an den Rhein, wo man seine Zeit auch schön verbringen kann.
