Die Wohnung ist super schön hell und modern eingerichtet im coolen industrial style. Auf den Bildern wirkt sie kleiner, als sie in echt ist. Das Bad ist ebenfalls sehr modern und hat eine geräumige Dusche. Es gibt einen kleinen Flur mit Kleiderstange und Platz für ein Schuhregal. Wirklich perfekt für Studis, die ihre eigene Bude suchen - und das gleich mal richtig schick.

English Version: This beautiful furnished (note that some of the furniture on the pictures is mine and will not stay) apartment is available for *students* from the 1st of May. It is very modern and perfect for students who look forward to have their own space. It is located on the Erba Island which is a beautiful place with a huge park (you can play beachvolleyball or go to the lovely cafes). In 5 minutes by bike you reach Sandstraße where a lot of restaurants and bars are located. There is a bus going straight from Erba to Feldkirchenstraße (Faculty for Sociology, Political Science, Economics). I can show you the flat on the 3./4. of April or 15./16. of April in person or online. Looking forward to hear from you

Die Wohnung befindet sich beim Erba-Campus. Die Erba selbst ist wunderschön, man ist direkt im Park und am Wasser, kann Beachvolleyball spielen oder Kaffee und Kuchen in schönem Ambiente genießen. Direkt gegenüber gibt es die einzige 24h Bib der Uni und eine Cafeteria in der es Snacks und Mittagessen gibt. Mit dem Rad ist man in 5 Minuten auf der Sandstraße (Bambergs Ausgehmeile) und in max. 10 Minuten im Zentrum. Während der Vorlesungszeiten gibt es außerdem einen Bus der direkt von der Erba zur Feldkirschenstraße fährt (Fakultät für SoWi Studis).

Die Wohnung wird (teil)möbliert vermietet. Ich habe einen Teil der Möbel eingelagert und meine Eigenen genommen. Die Wohnung kann nur an Studis (PhDs geht auch) vermietet werden. Besichtigungen würde ich gerne vom 2. - 4.4. machen und eventuell noch mal am 15./16. April oder notfalls letzte April-Woche. Online Besichtigung ginge in dem Zeitraum auch. Da die Vermietung gewechselt hat, weiß ich nicht genau welche Sicherheiten erwartet werden. Freu mich von euch zu hören (gerne mit ein paar Eckdaten und wann es mit einer Besichtigung passen würde)!
