The apartment has two rooms and is very practical with its division.

In the kitchen(kitchen is included) there is plenty of space to store and store. The dining table with chairs is also included.

A larger bedroom, where there is enough space for a desk/working area, is reached via the living room.
The living room offers area for sofa with coffee table, commodes and shelves.

The bathroom is a daylight bath with shower.

In the basement there is a basement compartment and an area for washing machine and bicycles.

Additional costs are about €125 and not included in the cold rental.
Electricity and gas must be completed and depends on consumption.

Die Wohnung hat zwei Zimmer und ist mit ihrer Aufteilung sehr praktisch geschnitten.

In der Küche(Küche ist enthalten) gibt es viel Platz zum Verstauen und aufbewahren. Der Esstisch mit Stühlen ist ebenfalls enthalten.

Ein größeres Schlafzimmer, wo auch genug Platz für einen Schreibtisch/Arbeitsbereich ist, wird über das Wohnzimmer erreicht.
Das Wohnzimmer bietet Fläche für Sofa mit Couchtisch, Kommoden und Regale.

Beim Bad handelt es sich um ein Tageslichtbad mit Dusche.

Im Keller gibt es ein Kellerabteil und ein Bereich für Waschmaschine und Fahrräder.

Nebenkosten sind ca.125€ und nicht in der Kaltmiete enthalten.
Strom und Gas muss selbst abgeschlossen werden und richtet sich nach Verbrauch.
