Die Wohnung liegt im 3. OG eines Altbaus mit insgesamt 4 Wohnparteien. Zur Wohnung gehören noch eine Abstellkammer und ein Dachboden. Außerdem gibt es einen Innenhof mit Fahrradabstellmöglichkeiten und einer Grillecke. Die Wohnung hat ein großes Bad und eine große Küche und 2 relativ gleich große Zimmer. Außerdem ist die Wohnung sehr hell und gut lüftbar.

Die Wohnung liegt in Bamberg Ost direkt hinter dem Bahnhof. Von hier aus ist man relativ schnell in der Stadt. Außerdem gibt es mehrere Bushaltestellen in der Nähe die alle zwischen 2 und 5 Minuten Fußweg weit entfernt sind. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es hier auch mehrere so ist z. B. ein Aldi und ein Rewe 2 Minuten Fußweg weit entfernt.

Wenn jemand Interesse hat so bin ich diese Woche bis zum 26. März den ganzen Tag über erreichbar. Danach immer ab 16 Uhr melden am besten. Bitte telefonisch oder per Whatsapp melden.
