Ich verlasse meine schöne Wohnung in Kunigundendamm vor Ende des Monats und ich helfe den Eigentümern, einen neuen Mieter zu finden, bevor ich gehe. Sie ist ideal für eine oder zwei Personen. Die Wohnung ist möbliert und die Möbel müssen gekauft werden, Möbel sind so gut wie neu, 2 Jahre alt mit kaum Gebrauch. Die Wohnung besteht aus einer großen Küche, ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne, ein wirklich helles Wohnzimmer und ein großes Schlafzimmer.
Das Wohnzimmer hat Fenster in allen Wänden und einen Balkon, der es hell und geräumig macht. Die Küche ist riesig mit vielen Schränken und komplett eingerichtet.

I am leaving my beautiful apartment in Kunigundendamm before the end of the month and I am helping the owners find a new tenant before I leave. It is ideal for one or two people. The apartment is furnished and the furniture must be purchased, furniture is as good as new, 2 years old with barely any use. The apartment consists of a big kitchen, a bathroom with bath, a really luminous livingroom and a big Bedroom.
The living room has windows in all the walls and a balcony wich makes it bright and spacious. The kitchen is huge with many cupboards and completely furnished.
Die Wohnung ist super gut gelegen, man kann den Berliner Ring mit dem Auto in 2 Minuten erreichen, Kaufland ist 3 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt und Aldi in 5 Minuten zu Fuß.
Wenn Sie die Natur mögen, ist der Hainpark nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Das Stadtzentrum ist 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad oder 30 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

The apartment is super well located, you can acces de Berliner ring by car in 2 minutes, there is Kaufland 3 mins away by car and Aldi in a 5 minutes walk.
If you like nature the Hainpark is just 10 minutes away on foot. City center 10 min away by bike or 30 min walk.
Die Hauptmöbelstücke müssen für eine Menge von 2125€ übernommen werden.
Die Möbel umfassen:
