The flat is on the 1st floor of a terraced house. The apartment has been partially renovated in 2009, it is flooded with light, cozy and has a modern compl. equipped kitchen with dishwasher. All rooms - except the bathroom - have windows overlooking the countryside. A closed cellar and a small laundry room are available. It has free public parking in front of the house. The terrace house (3 units) is located on a very quiet location (no traffic) in Grenzach-Wyhlen (Neufeld). The house is inhabited by three parties. The low-energy-terrace house has been completely renovated 2007-2009 energetically. It is 30% better energy rated than the Energy Saving Ordinance-building level (EnEV). The primary energy consumption is 78-84 kWh/m2 (Classe= A). In detail, 3 discs are aluminum clad wood windows, 20 inch ventilated facades and roof insulation made ​​of sheep's wool (!). The in-house power-heat coupling (2006) and photovoltaic system (2009) supplies the whole house with heat and low power ECO (separate power supply).
