Beste Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke, v.a. all die lebhaften indischen und türkischen Läden in dieser Gegend, mit der tollen Auswahl an frischem Obst, Gemüse, etc.
Die Supermärkte COOP und Migros in 5 Gehminuten. In 4 mins ist man am Badischen Bahnhof, sowie an der Messe.
Der Bus bringt einen in etwa 8 mins zur Universität. Es sind 5 Gehminuten bis zur pulsierenden Feldbergstrasse. Großartige Wander-/Joggingrouten, Natur in unmittelbarer Nähe (Lange Erlen und der Fluss Wiese in 3mins erreichbar).
