There are two separated flats with a shared entrance. At the other flat is also a room available (12m2), but maybe just for intermedietaly rent or for border crossers.
The flat I'm offering is quite light and has two big rooms next to each other, so room 2 can be used as living room, studio or whatever. The sleepingroom (room 1, the most beautiful of both flats) has a wooden floor, with a dormer southwards. You'll have many moments to enjoy the daylight! The size is around 15m2, it might be a bit more. Room 2 has a dormer as well and an oven.
From room 2 trough a corridor you'll reach the bathroom (including a little shower, a sitting bathtub and other usual things). Further to the kitchen there is a calm balcony to direction of our courtyard. The kitchen itself is quite light and nice as well. There's enough space to store food and other things.
And that's it!
The other flat is quite similar. Usually the personal living is divided by itself, but I wish to have a cheerful, independent and open minded neighbor.
The location is perfect: about 100m to rhineriver, close to a good turkish supermarket and Coop plus a tramstation (Tram 1,8 and 17) and a busstation (Bus 30). There's a gondola to the other bank of the rhine, but also the Dreirosenbrücke to take by car. It takes not even 10 minutes by bike to Germany or to Lange Erlen and Hoburgpark.
There're much bars, restaurants and beautiful cafes around, even a little cinema. The summer is perfect to take a little swim in between in the rhineriver!

Unfortunately no pets allowed
Non smokers are preferred, but not essential (you can smoke at the balcony)
No daily music practise, but sometimes in between is fine
We have the whole attic of the house for us!
