Die Wohnung befindet sich im Umland von Bischofswerda und im 1. OG, also auch ideal für ältere Menschen. Eine Gartennutzung ist ebenfalls möglich. Zur Wohnung gehört noch ein Kellerraum und ein Schuppen! Parkplätze (2 Stück) befinden sich direkt vor dem Haus! Die Kaution beträgt 2 MKM. Keine Provision!!!
