Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert. Das dunkle Laminat wurde kürzlich erst verlegt. Einbauküche mit Herd, Ofen und Kühlschrank vorhanden. Würde die Wohnung mit Schlafcouch, Couchtisch evtl. Bücherregal vermieten.
Bad ist mit Waschbecken, Spiegel, Beleuchtung, Badewanne und Regalen ausgestattet.
Auf dem großen Balkon kann gut relaxt werden. An guten Tagen scheint für ein paar Stunden die Sonne auf den Balkon. Die Wohnung ist hell und in einem gepflegten Zustand.
Waschmaschinen sind im Keller vorhanden.
Außerdem gibt es ein privates Schwimmbad und Sauna im Keller. ;)

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe von Lidl, Rewe und Netto. Eine Apotheke und ein Getränkemarkt ist gleich beim Haus. Zur Uni sowie in die Innenstadt geht ein Radweg (ca. 10-12 Min. mit dem Rad). Die Lage ist eigentlich perfekt, zentral und doch ruhig gelegen mit einem Park ums Haus herum.
