wegen Wechsel des Studienorts suche ich einen Nachmieter für meine Wohnung.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen und befindet sich in einem Innenhof dh. man hat keinen Straßenlärm. Falls man Hunger hat ist direkt um die Ecke eine Pizzeria und ein Asiate.
WOHNUNG:
- vor 4 Jahren komplett renoviert (Boden, Bad, Kombitherme)
- seit März 2012 neue Küche mit neuen Geräten (Ceranfeld, Ofen,
Kühlgefrierkombination)
- durch gemauerten Bogen optisch 2 Zimmer ;)
- meine Waschmaschine bleibt auch in der Wohnung
Die Möbel sind bei meinem Einzug neu gekauft worden und daher erst 3 Jahre alt. Da ich in ein Studentenwohnheim ziehe benötige ich sie nicht mehr.
Bei Bedarf kann ich meine aktuelle Telefon/Internet Flat (32000 DSL) auf den Nachmieter übertragen.
- 3 min zu Fuß in die Fußgängerzone
- 5-10 min mit dem Rad in die Uni
- Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Haustür
