Das Haus ist alt aber wird mittlerweile von allen gemocht. Wir sind eine nette Hausgemeinschaft in der sich jeder gut kennt und man gerne auch etwas zusammen unternimmt. Da aber jeder seine eigene Wohnung hat (teilweise mit Partner) kann man sich aber auch gut herausziehen wenn man gerne einmal für sich sein will. Viele Mieter sind Studenten und daher zwischen 20-30 Jahre alt, im Erdgeschoss wohnt eine Familie.
Wir suchen einen offenen, netten Menschen mit dem es Spaß macht hier zu wohnen, mit dem wir uns verstehen und den wir nach Möglichkeit gerne alle vorher kennen lernen würden, keine Angst, es wird kein Casting ;)
Pauline hinterlässt eine top gepflegte Wohnung für euch zu einem bezahlbaren Preis, in der man zu zweit oder auch alleine sehr gut wohnen kann.
Zur Uni (10min), zum Supermarkt (3min) sowie in die Innenstadt (5min) kommt ihr mit dem Fahrrad superschnell.
Gerne können wir einen Besichtigungstermin vereinbaren.
