Das Haus ist alt aber wird mittlerweile von allen gemocht. Wir sind eine nette Hausgemeinschaft in der sich die meisten gut kennen. Einige Mieter sind Studenten und daher zwischen 20-30 Jahre alt, im Haus wohnen aber auch zwei Familien.
Wir suchen einen offenen, netten Menschen, mit dem wir uns verstehen.
Vermietet wird eine geräumige und gepflegte Altbau-Wohnung zu einem bezahlbaren Preis.
Gerne überlasse ich euch meine Waschmaschine, die ist zwar etwas älter funktioniert aber noch sehr gut!
Gerne können wir einen Besichtigungstermin vereinbaren.

Sehr gut! Bushaltestelle in der Straße (2min). Zur Uni (10min), zum Supermarkt (3min) sowie in die Innenstadt (5min) kommt ihr mit dem Fahrrad superschnell.
Strom und Gas sind nicht in den Mietkosten enthalten und kommen noch dazu.
