Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock einer Doppelhaushälfte, und besteht aus einem Bad, einem Schlafzimmer und einem Wohn-/Arbeitszimmer mit Küchenzeile. Bei Bedarf kann die Küche im EG mitbenutzt werden. Die Waschmaschine steht im Keller. Das W-LAN reicht leider nicht bis in den 2.Stock, daher muss man ein Kabel benutzten.
Zu Fuß kommt man in etwa 10 Minuten bequem in die Uni. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist ca. 2-3 Minuten entfernt. In 10 Minuten ist man mit dem Bus am ZOH und in der Innenstadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der nähe sind EDEKA (3min.) REWE (5min.) und Lidl (10min.) Als "Naherholungsgebiet" sind Röhrensee und Hofgarten in der Nähe.
Der Vermieter ist Lehrer und bewohnt EG und 1.Stock. Er ist häufig nicht da, und wenn doch kann man sehr gut mit ihm klarkommen.
Wie bereits erwähnt muss man über Kabel ins Internet, weil das W-LAN nicht in den 2.Stock reicht.
Obwohl die Wohnung im 2. Stock ist, wird es selbst bei großer Hitze in der Wohnung nicht zu heiß, wenn man die Rollos geschlossen hält.
