Die Wohnung wurde Ende 2013 neu renoviert. Sie liegt absolut ruhig in zurückgesetzter Lage, kleine WE, mit EBK (evtl.Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank, Herd), raumhoch weiß geflliestes Bad mit neuer Sanitärkeramik. Badewanne. Balkon. Eigener Keller mit Stromanschluß, Waschmaschinenkeller für eigene Maschine, ggf, Trockner, Wäsche-Trockenkeller, Fahrradkeller. Tiefgarage.
Momentan wird die Wohnung von einem Studentenpaar bewohnt, für eine Klein-WG ist die Wohnung eher ungeeignet. Vom Wohnzimmer geht der Balkon ab, das zweite Zimmer kann gut als Schlaf- Arbeitsraum genutzt werden.
Leider habe ich keine Fotos der Wohnung.
Bus und Hauptbahnhof in der Nähe. Innenstadt gut erreichbar. Gute Lage im alten Stadtteil Sankt Georgen.
Eventuell kann nach Rücksprache mit den Mietern die Wohnung auch früher bezogen werden11
