Es handelt sich um eine hübsche, kleine Zweizimmer-Wohnung unter dem Dach. Wir haben sie als WG genutzt, sie ist aber auch sehr schön für ein Paar.
Die Küche kann als Wohnküche genutzt werden. Das Bad ist groß mit Fenster, Dusche und Waschmaschine, die abgelöst werden kann/soll (Verhandlungsbasis) und einen riesigen Dachboden auf dem man allerhand Sachen verstauen kann. Parkplätze an der Straße sind vorhanden und oft frei.
In Bayreuth ist nichts wirklich weit entfernt. Das gesagt, liegt die Wohnung mit dem Fahrrad 3 Minuten vom Stadtzentrum und ca. 10 Minuten von der Uni entfernt sehr zentral. Nahverkehr: Bushaltestelle ca. 3 Minuten entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: mehrere Supermärkte im Laufradius von max.10 Minuten, Fahrrad 3 Minuten.

Die Nachbarn sind eine WG, ein Ehepaar und eine Heilpädagogische Praxis.
