hallo. Da ich vorwiegend in Berlin bin, vermiete ich meine Wohnung. sie liegt direkt im Zentrum von Bayreuth. Da ich kein Pkw mir benötigen, steht dir mein Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist vollständig möbliert, ideal also, wenn du selbst keine Möbel anschaffen möchtest. Sie ist voll ausgestattet. Da ich selbst ab und an in der Wohnung bin, alle 2-3 Wochenenden Freitag bis Sonntag, bleiben alle Gegenstände zur Zeit in der Wohnung.
am Hofgarten, 150 m entfernt. Die Friedrichstraße ist ca. 200 m weit weg. Nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit für Lebensmittel ist ein Rewe, 400 m von der Wohnung. Die Fußgängerzone ist in etwa 800 m erreicht.
Zur Uni sind es etwa 2km.
In der gesamten Wohnung herrscht Rauchverbot. Es sind keine Haustiere gestattet. Ich wünsche mir jemanden, der pfleglich mit meiner Ausstattung umgeht.
Die gesamte Wohnung wurde im Mai 2018 kernsaniert und neu möbliert.
