Die Wohnung wurde letztes Jahr vor unserem Einzug komplett saniert und ist daher in einem sehr guten, modernen Zustand. Sie verfügt über eine Bodenheizung mit der man die ganze Wohnung gut und energiesparend warmhalten kann. Die Küche wurde vom Vermieter eingebaut, weshalb zu den 650€ Kaltmiete monatlich nochmal 35€ für die Küche dazukommen.
Die Lage ist optimal, da man in Laufweite (5-10 Minuten) verschiedenste Einkaufsmöglichkeiten hat (REWE, Netto, DM, Lidl, Edeka,...). Auch die Innenstadt ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuß einfach zu erreichen.
