Die Wohnung ist eine charmante Altbauwohnung mit schönem Holzboden und -türen.
Es gibt ein kleines Zimmer, welches wir als Schlafzimmer nutzen,
eine Küche mit Einbauküche (mit Spülmaschine),
einen kleinen Flur mit Platz für Schuhe, Jacken, etc.,
ein großes (Wohn-)Zimmer, durch das man ins Bad kommt,
ein Bad mit Dusche und Fenster und eine seperate Toilette.
Waschmaschine würden wir da lassen.
Ansonsten kann man einen Parkplatz im Hof anmieten und man hat hinterm Haus auch Parkmöglichkeiten an der Straße.
Im kleinen Garten gibt es einen Fahrradschuppen.
Man ist in 5-7 min zu Fuß in der Stadt und hat sehr nahe Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe, Edeka, Apotheke, etc.).
Um die Ecke befindet sich der Röhrensee und man kommt schnell auch mal raus in den Wald.
