Suche eine/n Nachmieter/in oder auch ein Päarchen für eine DG Wohnung in der Johann-Sebastian-Bach Straße. Die Whg ist super schön hell, verfügt über eine funktionstüchtige Küche mit Trockner, Kochfeld, Backofen, etc. Das Bad besitzt eine Badewanne, Die Zimmer sind ein großes Wohnzimmer (ca 35m²) sowie ein kleines aber feines Schlafzimmer.
Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen: mit dem Rad ist man in 1min am Main, in 5min am Rotmaincenter, in 5min am Bhf und in 10-15min an der Uni; vor der Tür fährt auch ein Bus. Es befindet sich direkt ein getränkemarkt vor der Tür, ein Netto und Nahkauf sind ebenfalls schnell erreichbar.
Das Haus und die Nachbarn sind alle sehr nett. Durch die schöne süd-west Lage der vier großen Fenster hat man viel Sonnenschein in der Wohnung. Das Haus verfügt ebenfalls über einen Fahrradhof, welchen man abschließen kann. Mit dem Auto ist es selbst abends kein Problem einen Parkplatz zu finden.
