Wir bieten Ihnen eine sehr begehrte 3,5 - Zimmerwohnung (71 qm) mit einer TOP-EBK (incl. Geschirrspüler, E-Herd/Kochfeld, Kühlkombi) & Waschmaschine. Loggia/ Wohnflur, Aufzug und Fahrradkeller! Keine Hausordnung. Die Kosten sind bereits in den NK enthalten.
Außerdem gibt es einen PKW Stellplatz, der bereits in den genannten Nebenkosten enthalten ist.
Bei Fragen oder Interesse einfach anrufen. Gerne können einzelne Punkte und individuelle Wünsche besprochen werden.
Bushaltestelle in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Bayreuther Stadtbad ist 3-5 min zu Fuß entfernt, ebenso die Sporthalle. Eine Tankstelle ist über der Straße auf der Rückseite und eine andere ca. 3 min entfernt Richtungs Volksfestplatz. In die Innenstadt läuft man ca. 7-10 min. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral in Bayreuth. Am schnellsten sind Sie mit dem Fahrrad oder einem LKR unterwegs. Auch der Hofgarten ist in nächster Nähe.
Raucher sollten bitte auf dem geschützten Balkon rauchen. Fahrradkeller ist vorhanden.
