Hallo liebe Wohnungssuchende,
Ich suche dringend einen Nachmieter für meine 2-Zimmer-Wohnung ab 15.02.2021 im Stadtteil Schiesshaus.
Sie hat eine Größe von ca. 25 m2 mit eigenem Badezimmer, einer kleinen Kochnische mit Kühlschrank, Herd, Arbeitsfläche und viel Stauraum für Küchenutensilien. Dazu kommen noch die 2 einzelnen Zimmer.
Die Wohung ist Teilmöbiliert - Schränke, Gaderobe, Schreibtisch 1.40m Metalbett mit Lattenrost - je nachdem was sie davon benötigen, können wir verhandeln.
Die Warmmiete beträgt 370€.
Zum Bahnhof sind es 5 Minuten zu Fuß.
Zum nächsten Supermarkt sind es 3 Minuten zu Fuß (dort hat man zur Auswahl: Netto, Bäcker, Media-Markt, REWE, DM, Hagebaumarkt).
Zur Universität sind es etwa 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad, auf dem Weg kann man ein wenig die Stadt bewundern ;).
