Meine Wohnung befindet sich in der vierten Etage und ist dadurch den ganzen Tag über lichtdurchflutet. Obwohl es leider keinen Aufzug im Haus gibt, wird die Mühe des Treppensteigens durch die helle Atmosphäre belohnt.
In der Wohnung ist es auffallend ruhig, und man wird nur selten durch Geräusche der Nachbarn gestört. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet – von der Waschmaschine über den Geschirrspüler bis hin zu einem höhenverstellbaren Schreibtisch mit USB-C Docking Station und zwei Bildschirmen, der sich perfekt für das Home Office eignet. Der Schreibtisch steht direkt am Fenster, sodass du nicht nur genügend Sonnenlicht bekommst, sondern auch die Vögel auf dem Balkon beobachten kannst.
Nach einem erfolgreichen Tag steht eine riesige Couch zur Verfügung, von der man nur schwer wieder aufstehen möchte.
In der Seitenstraße, fernab vom regulären Verkehr, befindet sich ein privater Parkplatz, der ebenfalls zu der Wohnung gehört.

My apartment is located on the fourth floor, allowing it to be bathed in sunlight throughout the day. Although there is unfortunately no elevator in the building, the effort of climbing stairs is rewarded by the bright atmosphere.
The apartment is remarkably quiet, and disturbances from neighborly noises are rare. It comes fully equipped – from a washing machine to a dishwasher, and even a height-adjustable desk with a USB-C docking station and two screens, perfect for a home office setup. The desk is positioned right by the window, providing ample sunlight and a view of the birds on the balcony.
After a successful day, a spacious couch awaits, making it hard to resist its comfort.
In the side street, away from regular traffic, you'll find a private parking space that also belongs to the apartment.
Die Lage meiner Wohnung bietet eine ausgezeichnete Verkehrsanbindung. Tagsüber fährt die Straßenbahn alle 10 Minuten, und selbst nachts gibt es alle 30 Minuten eine Verbindung. Die Tram bringt Sie in etwa 10 Minuten zur Ringbahn und benötigt etwa 20-25 Minuten bis zum Alexanderplatz. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich erstklassige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Rewe, Lidl und DM, die in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen sind. Für umfassendere Besorgungen sind auch Kaufland und Aldi nur 700 Meter entfernt.
Die Vielfalt an kulinarischen Angeboten ist hier beeindruckend – von Döner über Pizza bis hin zu Burgern und asiatischen Restaurants ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei.
Was die Umgebung besonders attraktiv macht, ist die Nähe zu verschiedenen Seen. Der Obersee liegt nur 500 Meter entfernt, der Orankesee schließt sich direkt an, und für Naturliebhaber bietet sich ein Spaziergang im Naturschutzgebiet um den Fauler See an. Die etwa 5 km lange Strecke eignet sich perfekt zum Joggen, da sie weitgehend abseits befahrener Straßen verläuft.
