My family and I will spent the whole August 2018 in Italy. Our apartment in Berlin will be empty and we would like to sublet it for this month to friendly reliable people searching for a short-term accomodation (it would be ideal for families) .
The apartment is 87 sqm (2 balconies, 1 bedroom, 1 children´s room, living room, kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and shower), fully equipped (with washing machine and dishwasher), located right besides Treptower Park, 8 minutes walking from S-Bahn Station Treptower Park and Plänterwald, with Neukölln, Kreuzberg and Friedrichshain easy to reach by bike (10 Minutes). There are available 1 double-bed, 1 single-bed and 2 baby-beds.
The apartment is located right besides Treptower Park, 8 minutes walking from S-Bahn Station Treptower Park and Plänterwald, with Neukölln, Kreuzberg and Friedrichshain easy to reach by bike (10 Minutes).
In sommer it is really perfect because you live very close to the park, with a small lake Karpfenteich and the Spree river closeby and close to Kreuzberg (see Schlesisches Tor and Landwehrkanal), where you have a lot of restaurants, cafés, bars and night clubs. At the same time it is a very quite area, perfect for children and generally to relax.
