Wir suchen für unsere schöne Wohnung (86qm Wohnfläche plus 14qm Balkon) Zwischenmieter vom 1. Oktober 2021 bis April 2022. Die Wohnung ist möbliert (Küche, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Bett, Schränke, Regale, Schreibtisch, Telefonanschluss mit WLAN). Es geht um ein Schlafzimmer (14qm) und einen großen Wohn/Koch/Arbeitsbereich (40qm), sowie Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne, großer Flur. Auch für ein Paar gut geeignet. Die Wohung kostet 900 Euro warm inklusive. Wir, 2 Erwachsene, ein 13-jähriger, behalten ein Zimmer, wo wir 1-2 mal im Monat ein Wochenende in Berlin verbringen und eine temporäre WG mit euch bilden.
We are looking for interim tenants for our beautiful apartment (86sqm living space plus 14sqm balcony) from early October 2021 until April 2022. The apartment is furnished (kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, bead, cupboards, shelves, desk, telephone connection with WiFi). To rent is a bedroom (14sqm) and a large living/cooking/working area (40sqm), as well as bathroom with shower and bathtub, large hallway. Also well suited for a couple. The apartment costs 900 euros warm included. We, 2 adults, a 13-year-old, keep a room where we spend 1-2 times a month a weekend in Berlin and form a temporary WG with you.
Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, zwischen Görlitzer Park und Treptower Park, 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zu sämtlichen angesagten Gegenden und dem Nachtleben von Kreuzberg, Friedrichshain und Neukölln.
Der S-Bahnhof Treptower Park ist direkt um die Ecke. Sämtliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten von Netto, Edeka bis LPG Biomarkt sind vorhanden. Spätis, Cafés, Restaurants und Einkaufszentren, der Kanal , die Spree und das Badeschiff sind nah.
