Die Wohnung befindet sich im DG und hat einen großen Raum in der sich die küche befindet und durch den man in das Schlafzimmer gelangt. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen Balkon und ein kleines Bad mit Dusche und Fenstern. Die EBK ist Inventar der Wohnung, muss also nicht abgelöst werden ;)
Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön renoviert worden, in beiden Räumen gibt es freiliegende Balken und sie ist sehr hell durch die vielen Fenster. Für ein Pärchen ist die Wohnung ein echter Traum, wir selbst haben hier als beste Freunde gewohnt was auch möglich ist aber auf Dauer dann doch unpraktisch… Bilder werde ich in Kürze hochladen, dann versteht man das besser :)
Die Wohnung ist 1 min von der Station S Baumschulenweg entfernt was für uns wirklich perfekt ist. Die Anbindungen von dort sind auch sehr gut, es fährt die S8, S9 und die Ringbahn. In 5 Minuten kommt man auch zur Spree und in den Wald.
Wir suchen eine 2 Zimmer Wohnung bis max 1100€ oder eine 3 Zimmer Wohnung mit max.1500
