es geht in den Honeymoon fuer uns, weshalb wir gerne unsere Wohnung in der Zeit zwischenvermieten wollen würden. Wir lieben unsere Wohnung und wünschen uns eine respektvolle und verlässliche Person.
Es handelt sich um eine 3-Zimmer Wohnung im Dachgeschoss (4. Etage) in einem Altbau. Die Wohnung ist jedoch recht neu, da Ausbau vom Dachgeschoss. Wir haben einen großen Balkon gen Westen. Im Hinterhof kann man Fahrräder abstellen und die Nachbarn sind alle super entspannt.

it's going to be our honeymoon, which is why we'd like to sublet our apartment during the time. We love our apartment and wish for a respectful and reliable person.
It is a 3-room apartment on the top floor (4th floor) in an old building. However, the apartment is quite new, since the attic is being expanded. We have a large west facing balcony. Bikes can be parked in the backyard and the neighbors are all super chilled.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der S-Bahn Haltestelle Baumschulenweg, was perfekt angebuden ist. Es gibt aber weder großen Bahnlärm oder Strassenlärm, da die Wohnung in einer beruhigten Strasse liegt. Mit 6 S-Bahn Linien, kommt man von hier direkt mit der Stadtbahn in die City, direkt in den Nordring, direkt in den Suedring sowie direkt zum Flughafen. Man ist also in 3 Stopps Friedrichshain, Kreuzberg und Tempelfhofer Feld oder in zwei Stopps direkt Neukoeln. Dazu ist man hier aber direkt am Plaenterwald/Treptower Park, was richtig schoen zum joggen oder spazieren ist. Man hat es also gruen hier, aber man ist schneller ueberall als von mancherorts innerhalb des Ringes.
Supermärkte, Restaurants, Ärzte...alles da.

In addition, you are right here at Plaenterwald/Treptower Park, which is really nice for jogging or walking. So it's green here, but you can get anywhere faster than from some places within the ring.

Die Wohnung befindedt sich in der 4. Etage im Dachgeschoss. Es gibt keinen Fahrstuhl. Sie ist also leider nicht sonderlich für Menschen mit Gehbehinderungen geeignet. Die Nachbarn sind sehr nett und entspannt. Die Gegend bietet alles was man braucht. Man ist unglaublich gut angebunden, oftmals besser als innerhalb des Rings.

The apartment is on the 4th floor in the attic. There is no elevator. Unfortunately, it is not particularly suitable for people with walking difficulties. The neighbors are very nice and relaxed. The area offers everything you need. You are incredibly well connected, often better than inside the ring.
