Hey liebe Wohnungssuchende,
vom 12.11.23 - 03.12.23 vermiete ich meine 2-Zimmer-Wohnung unter. Alle Zimmer sind nach Süden ausgerichtet und es gibt einen kleinen Balkon, sodass man auch im Winter die Sonne ein bisschen genießen kann. Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert und mit einer Badewanne und einer Waschmaschine ausgestattet (keine Spülmaschine leider). WLAN, Strom und Heizkosten sind selbstverständlich im Preis enthalten. Die Wohnung wird vorerst nur für die drei Wochen vermietet, es besteht aber die Möglichkeit auf eine Verlängerung bis Ende Dezember.

I am renting out my flat with 2 sunny rooms, balcony and high ceilings from 12th of November 23 - 3rd of December 23. The whole flat is very bright and completely furnished, including a bath tub and a washing machine (no dish-washer though..) The rent includes WIFI, electricity and heating of course. There is an option to extend the stay until the end of December if needed.
Die Wohnung liegt im Arminiuskiez in Moabit und ist nur zwei Gehminuten von der Turmstraße und zahlreichen Geschäften entfernt. In direkter Nähe gibts eine Markthalle, viele Cafés, Bars und Restaurants. An der Turmstraße fahren mehrere Busse, die U9 und neuerdings auch eine Tram. Im Innenhof des Hauses gibt es auch die Möglichkeit, Fahrräder abzustellen.
The flat is located in Moabit, Arminiuskiez, a lovely area with lots of cafés, bars, shops and a market hall next to Turmstraße. There, you also have access to public transport only a few minutes away such as severeal busses, a metro and U9. The building provides a place for bikes in the backyard as well.
Ich würde mich freuen dich/euch vorher ein bisschen kennenzulernen, daher schreibt mir bei Interesse gern kurz was über euch! Am liebsten wäre mir eine kurze Besichtigung hier vor Ort, falls ihr aber noch nicht in Berlin seid, ginge auch eine Onlinebesichtigung. Ich freu mich von euch zu hören!
