Subletting my room in Kreuzberg until Jan 31st 510 warm!

Hi people!

I will be going back to my home country to spend holidays and I'd like to sublet my room to a trustworthy person.

The location is the best: A block away from Gleisdreieck park and a block away from the famous Mustafar Kebabs where also the area is full of night life and restaurants. You can also find a drug store, Rewe, Edeka, and an Asian market in just 3 min. walking distance (just a block away).

The area is very well connected with the stations of Gleisdreieck (U1, U2, U3), Mehringdamm (U6, U7), HalleschessTor (U1, U3, U6). Mitte in just 20 min time!

There is a place were one can safely store the bycicle, in case needed.

The flat is small but the room is spacious and with a very big table to work on. The bed is a double-size bed and the room has a very wide window with a street view. We are three in total in the flat: Aditya who is from India who most of the times stays in his room or is in uni, and Yagiz who is from Turkey. We all get along well and always up for a chat in the kitchen. We like to do a deep-clean of the flat once a month but every day we clean the most we can. Neighbors are really nice and we all communicate constantly in a Telegram group, so in case you ever feel the need to ask questions, they will be there to answer. I do need to stress out that the flat is small, small kitchen (with you own new mini fridge and all kitchen appliences) and small bathroom.

I'll be back from my trip in the first days of February and leaving mid-December. So there is a possibility we can talk about how you can have the room for that extra time.

Rent is 520 for 4 weeks. Warm.
