Hallo! Wir vermieten unsere schöne, geräumige 3-Zimmer Altbauwohnung im Bergmannkiez für die Zeit vom 18.02.2024 bis zum 17.03.2024 (1 Monat). Die Wohnung ist im 4. OG (ohne Aufzug), verfügt über einen kleinen Balkon und ist voll ausgestattet.
Ein Zimmer ist als Kinderzimmer eingerichtet (Bett 190x90cm). Somit eignet sich die Wohnung für Paare oder eine kleine Familie. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es ein Boxspringbett (180x200cm). Im Wohnzimmer gibt es genug Platz zum Arbeiten und einen Bürostuhl. Es gibt eine sehr gute Internetgeschwindigkeit (50Mbit). Alle Zimmer (bis auf das Kinderzimmer) sind mit einer Sonos Box ausgestattet. In der Küche gibt es ebenfalls einen Essbereich. Im Badezimmer gibt es eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner.
Die Miete beträgt 1200€ inklusive Nebenkosten. Eine Anmeldung für diesen Zeitraum ist leider nicht möglich.

Hello, we are renting out our beautiful, spacious 3-room apartment in the Bergmannkiez for the period from 18.02.2024 to 17.03.2024 (1 month). The apartment is on the 4th floor (without elevator), has a small balcony and is fully furnished.
One room is furnished as a children's room (Bett 190x90cm). This makes the apartment suitable for couples or a small family. The bedroom has a box-spring bed (180x200cm). In the living room there is enough space to work and an office chair. There is a very good internet speed (50Mbit). All rooms (except the children's room) are equipped with a Sonos box. There is also a dining area in the kitchen. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the bathroom.
The rent is 1200€ including utilities. Unfortunately, it is not possible to register for this period.
A viewing is possible - online or on site.

Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt vor einer U-Bahnhaltestelle der U7 und es gibt 3 Buslinien in unmittelbarer Nähe. Bergmannkiez ist ein beliebtes Viertel mit vielen Restaurants und Cafes, einer Markthalle und vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Viktoriapark, das Tempelhofer Feld und der Kanal sind in der Nähe.

The apartment is located directly in front of a U7 metro station and there are 3 bus lines in the immediate vicinity. Bergmannkiez is a popular neighbourhood with many restaurants and cafes, a market hall and many shopping opportunities. Viktoriapark, Tempelhofer Feld and the canal are nearby.
