3 // Renovierte 2 ZimmerWg Schillerkiez // Sonnenbalkon

Hallo,

ich vermiete meine renovierte 2 Zimmer Altbauwohnung mit Sonnenbalkon, im wunderschönen Schillerkiez.

Es gibt zwei sehr große Zimmer, ein Schlafzimmer nach hinten raus, man hört nichts - keine Autos, kein Lärm. Und ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Chillcouch mit einer sehr schönen Arbeits/Ess Ecke an einer alten Werkbank. Morgens scheint die Sonne ins Schlafzimmer, nachmittags ins Wohnzimmer. Es gibt einen Balkon, auf dem geraucht werden darf. Man kann sich sonnen, frühstücken oder HO auf dem Balkon verbringen.

Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Kaffee, Badewanne usw.

Eine Anmeldung ist NICHT möglich.

Hello,
I am renting out my renovated 2-room apartment with a sunny balcony, in the beautiful Schillerkiez neighborhood.
There are two very large rooms, a bedroom facing the back, where you won't hear anything - no cars, no noise. And a large living room with a chill-out couch and a very nice work/dining area at an old workbench. In the morning, the sun shines into the bedroom, and in the afternoon into the living room. There is a balcony where smoking is allowed. You can sunbathe, have breakfast, or work from home on the balcony.
The apartment has everything you need, a washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, bathtub, etc.
