I sublet my bright and spacious apartment in Weissensee, only 2 blocks away form Prenzlauer Berg.
The flat is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay in Berlin (laundry machine, dishwasher, microwave, blender, all cooking utensiles, TV, etc.). If you need a bike we could also agree on a fee for using it while you are here.
Well connected to Alexanderplatz (25 min by tram/bike), PBerg/Mitte and only a 10 min ride to the lake Weisensee ☀️ where there is a little sunny beach, perfect for summer days. The tram stop is right in front of the building, lines m13 and 12.
Perfect for one or two people, comfortable, spacious, silent and beautifully decorated 😊
No pets or smoking allowed.
For the total time it would be 350€ for a single person, 450€ for two, and I ask for a 200€ deposit to feel secure that all my belongings will have a warranty in case something breaks.
