Die Wohnung wird komplett möbliert vermietet. Dazu gehören zwei komfortable Doppelbetten 180x200m, wobei eines direkt auf dem Boden liegt. Beide Zimmer haben einen Arbeitsplatz, bei Bedarf auch mit großem Monitor und Drucker. Das große Zimmer hat einen Esstisch für 6 Personen und ein Sofa, was man zum Doppelbett ausklappen kann.
Wir sind für ein Jahr auf Reisen und werden unsere persönlichen Gegenstände weitestgehend entfernen. Trotzdem ist es unser Zuhause und wir wünschen uns, dass es entsprechend respektvoll behandelt wird.
Zum Haus gehört ein Fahrradkeller und ein Parkplatz.
Internet und Strom sind im Mietpreis enthalten. Wenn der Verbrauch eine bestimmte Grenze überschreitet, muss er zusätzlich vergütet werden.
The apartment is rented fully furnished. It includes two comfortable double beds (180x200 cm), with one placed directly on the floor. Both rooms have a workspace, which can also be equipped with a large monitor and printer if needed. The larger room has a dining table for 6 people and a sofa that can be unfolded into a double bed.
We will be traveling for a year and will remove most of our personal belongings. However, this is still our home, and we ask that it is treated with respect accordingly.
The house includes a bike cellar and a parking space.
Internet and electricity are included in the rent. If consumption exceeds a certain limit, additional fees will apply.
