Hallo, ich bin beruflich im oben genannten Zeitraum unterwegs und biete meine Wohnung zur Untermiete an.
Die Wohnung liegt nahe S-Prenzlauer Allee in einer sehr ruhigen Seitenstraße, 5min vom Bahnhof entfernt.
Ich wohne im 3. OG ganz oben, Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer gehen zum ruhigen Hof raus, Küche, Arbeitszimmer und Bad zur Strasse. Die allerdings auch sehr ruhig ist.
Die Wohnung ist hell, freundlich, hat ein noch fast neues Bad mit Badewanne, Laminatböden und Teppich, darunter Dielen. Einziges Manko: kein Balkon.
Einbauküche, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, etc. ist alles vorhanden. Schlicht mein kompletter Haushalt. Internet-, WLAN und Festnetztelefon sind auch vorhanden mit einer 32er Leitung.
Das dritte Zimmer nutze ich als Büro.
Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Wohnung um den Jahreswechsel in Berlin zu verbringen.
