Ich suche einen Nachmieter für eine gut geschnittene, helle, 41m² große 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in Berlin Wedding. (1 Schlafzimmer, Küche+Wohnzimmer, 1 bad, 1 flur)
Die Wohnung liegt in der 1 Etage und befindet sich in der nähe von S-Bahn Wedding, die ist renoviert und möbliert. Ich will bevor 30.11.2018 ausziehen und deswegen brauche ich einen neuen zuverlässigen nachmieter. Mietvertragsbeginn wäre der 01.12.2018.
Kosten: 600€ Miete (kalt) + 135€ (Nebenkosten: heizung, hausmeister) = 735€
Sie müssen noch Strom und Internet extra zahlen.
Bewerber, welche bereit sind die unterbeschriebene Möbel zu übernehmen, werden bevorzugt!
Kosten für Waschmaschine, Kochutensilien, Ikea Bettwäsche, ikea Schuhregal, Grill und noch einige andere hilfreiche Objekte: 500 €.
(Habe über 750€ damals dafür ausgegeben)

I am looking for a new tenant for a well-cut, bright, 41m ² 2-room apartment in Berlin Wedding. (1 bedroom, kitchen + living room, 1 bathroom, 1 hall)
The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is located near S-Bahn Wedding, which is renovated and furnished. I want to move out before 30.11.2018 and that's why I need a new reliable new tenant. Lease start date would be 01.12.2018.
Costs: 600€ Rent + 135€ (Utilities: heat, hausmeister) = 735€
Electricity and Internet not included.
Note: The income should be able to show the 3 months rent (warm) (over 2,500 €).
