Wir suchen für unsere helle, schöne Wohnung direkt am Kotti eine(n) Zwischenmieter*in. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer, einem hellen Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich, einer Küche mit Abstellkammer, Badezimmer, zwei Fluren und einem Balkon. Der Schnitt ist nicht WG-tauglich, daher ist die Wohnung ideal zur Einzelnutzung oder zur Nutzung als Paar. Die Wohnung ist vollständig möbliert und im Februar und März verfügbar, da wir nicht vor Ort sind. Eine Kaution wird benötigt. We are looking to sublet our beautiful and light flat at Kotti for two months. The flat consists of a bedroom, a living room with dining area, a kitchen with pantry, a bathroom, two hallways and a balcony. Due to the layout of the flat, it is not suitable to share. Hence, it's ideal for single occupation or couples. The flat comes completely furnished and is available for February and March, as we won't be here. A deposit is mandatory.
