My wife and I will be temporarily moving out of our apartment for work reasons. We're offering our very nice apartment for 4 weeks for 1100€ - it will be available from September 1st - September 29th.
The apartment's size is 59 sqm in total, lot of light, has a newly renovated bathroom, including a bath tub and a towel heater, a fully equipped kitchen and 2 rooms. The living room also has a sofa bed and an electric piano.
The apartment lies in the middle of the beautiful Kreuzkoelln area on Kottbusser damm. To the left you have the Weserstraße/Reuterkiez and Hermannplatz for the U7/U8, as well as several bus stations. To the right you get to several bars, the Graefekiez and Schoenleinstraße (U8). Its only a 6 minute walk to the Maybachufer.
You can also walk to Kottbusser Tor (U1). In total you can find anything you want, from the best Kumpir to a vegan donut shop. The supermarket "Penny" is only a few houses down and you can find 2 Edekas and 2 organic shops on this street.
