Die 3-Zimmer Wohnung mit offener Wohnküche und 3 Balkons liegt im beliebten Bergmannkiez in Kreuzberg in einem Designerneubau aus dem Jahre 2016. Sie ist sehr hochwertig ausgestattet und aufgrund der bodentiefen Fensterfronten sehr hell und aufgrund der guten Isolierung auch kühl an warmen Sommertagen.
Die Hausgemeinschaft ist nett und auch der Kiosk-Besitzer ist sehr hilfsbereit und nimmt sämtliche Post an sowie auch mal einen Schlüssel für die Putzfrau (die wir ebenso sehr ans Herz legen können)
Sie eignet sich für Singles, Paare als auch für 2er WGs, wenn die Abseite neben dem kleineren Zimmer als Kleiderschrank eingerichtet wird, was möglich ist.
Sie besteht aus folgenden Zimmern:
Offene Wohnküche (ca. 40 qm) mit großem Balkon nach vorn großes Schlafzimmer mit Schreibtisch-Ecke (ca. 20 qm) mit kleinem Balkon nach hinten kleines Zimmer (ca. 10,5 qm) mit kleinem Balkon nach hinten

The 3-room apartment with an open kitchen and 3 balconies is located in the popular Bergmannkiez in Kreuzberg in a designer building from 2016. It is built of a very high quality and very bright due to large floor to ceiling windows and also cool on warm summer days due to the excellent insulation.
The house community is friendly and the kiosk owner is very helpful and takes all the mail and sometimes a key for our cleaning lady (who we can as well highly recommend)
It is suitable for singles, couples, a small family with one child as well as for shared flats, if a closed side part next to the smaller room is used as a wardrobe, which is possible.
It consists of the following rooms:
- Open kitchen (about 40 sqm) with large balcony to the frontside of the house
- Large bedroom with desk corner (about 20 sqm) with a small balcony to the backyard
- small room (about 10.5 sqm) with a small balcony to the backyard
- Large full bath with washer and dryer
- Small guest toilet
The lovely Bergmann Kiez
Bergmannkiez is a very central and well connected neighborhood in the Western part of Kreuzberg around the lovely Bergmannstrasse between Victoria Park and Südstern. The residential area around Bergmannstrasse is characterised by beautiful preserved architecture. This soulful area is less overrun by tourists and hipsters than Mitte or Prenzlauerberg, but still offers a an large selection of restaurants, cafés, trinket/vintage stores and little shops (almost no big brand shops around here!).
One of the largest green fields of Berlin, the Tempelhofer Feld which used to be an airport is close by that people use for running and even cycling. Also the possibly best maintained park in Berlin is only 10 minutes walk away: the Gleisdreieck Park which is also offering areas for all kind of sports and super nice kids playgrounds that are also fun for grown ups and 2 lovely cafés in its center.
