Hi everyone,
since I will be traveling I am renting out my amazing flat from beginning of February until end of October 2020. There also might be the possibility to take over the apartment after October as well. If you want to move in a bit later and leave sooner, that would be possible as well. The apartment has 2 extremely spacious and bright rooms with 4 meter high ceilings, stuck, wing doors and an amazing oven originally from 1906. The place is brand new renovated with new kitchen and bathroom, designer furniture and quite some nice art pieces. :)
The apartment will be rented fully furnished with everything you need, inclusive high speed internet and a big flat TV - no additional costs for that. The apartment is in the 4th floor with balcony (view to the TV tower) and elevator.
Only no gos for me are pets and smoking inside.
U Bahn station and Tram is only 5 minutes walk from the apartment. There is also a bus station right in front of the apartment. Wedding is a multi-cultural residential area surrounded by parks and some lakes, but still very close to Mitte. You’ll find all kind of restaurants and cafes around the corner, as well as a bakery and a few cocktail bars where you can unwind. There are grocery stores around every corner. Edeka and Aldi is right next door as well as a bakery. By U Bahn it is only 8 minutes to get to Naturkundemuseum or Oranienburger Tor in Mitte. By bike (which I usually use) it is only 10 minutes.
