Big luminous room in the hearth of Wedding, free for 10 days, (200€)

Hey there! I'm leaving my beautiful room for 10 days and I'm looking for somebody to swap in kind of last minute :D The room is at the 5th floor, very big (around 20sqm) and full of light, in the apartment there's another girl and a couple, everybody is very nice an sociable , we are all in our 20's, the building is 5 min from Leopoldplatz u-bahn and Osram-Hofe tram stop. This is a smoker house , so feel free to smoke in the common areas, but please not in my room. We have wifi of course and I can provide clean sheets and towels if needed. The room is 20 € per night and it's possible to stay less than the whole 10 days, but I'd prefer somebody who could stay at least more than one week(: In case you'd want to see the room in advance and get the keys directly from me, we should arrange for a meeting before Thursday at 5pm, otherwise a skype call is ok and I can arrange something with my flatmates. Some of my stuff will stay in the room, but all in one spot so that it won't bother you; I have also a lot of plants in there (most of them almost dead, but whatever), of course you don't have to water them but please be careful with them, or at least with alive ones. For any other detail don't hesitate to write me!!
