Die Dachgeschoss-Maisonette-Wohnung befindet sich in der 4. und 5. Etage. Sie hat Balkon und Terrasse in Richtung Süden. Oben befindet sie das große Wohnzimmer mit Küche. Unten sind drei Zimmer, Bad und Gäste-WC.
Ein Zimmer ist ein Kinderzimmer, kann aber natürlich auch ohne Kinde genutzt werden ;).
Der Schillerkiez liegt am Tempelhofer Feld und der Hasenheide. Restaurants, Bars, Café, Supermarkt, Kinos sind alle in 5 min zu erreichen. Die U8, Bus und S-Bahn ist ebenfalls in 5 min zu erreichen.

Sunny Flat in Neukölln-Schillerkiez
We are subletting our beautiful sunny duplex apartment for one year - optional two more years. The flat is located in the 4th/5th floor and has a mid-size balcony and a big terrace. It's fully furnished and equipped with everything you need (including Internet). The top floor is a big living area with an open kitchen.
One room is equipped for a baby/toddler (including a changing-table).
The neighbourhood is lovely with parks, cafés, restaurants, supermarkets etc., public transportation is nearby.
