Hey there,
I am renting out my apartment as I will be away from Berlin for a while. It is a renovated Altbau on the second floor of a lovely building, located in the heart of Neukölln - 2min by foot to the canal and 5min to Ubahn Rathaus Neukölln (U7). It has a big living room which connects to the kitchen, bedroom, bathroom with shower and a balcony. As the kitchen is open towards the living room, the flat is not suitable for a WG but rather for a single person or a couple. It has all necessary house equipment including sheets, towels etc.
As the house was already furnished when I moved in and the furniture are not mine, I would like to have someone that will take good care of it.
