ich habe eine liebevoll eingerichtete und gepflegte Wohnung in einer Plattenbau unweit von S-Landsberger Allee. Ich selbst bin selten in der Wohnung (meist an Wochenenden), daher möchte ich meine Wohnung zur Mitbenutzung anbieten. Falls Du beispielsweise nur wenige Tage im Monat in Berlin verbringst, könnten wir die Wohnung vielleicht (nicht gleichzeitig) nutzen. Bitte keine Raucher/innen und keine Haustiere, habe leider starke allergene Reaktionen.
Preis/Miete wird sich daraus ergeben, wie oft Du in der Wohnung sein wirst.
