My husband and I are renting out our flat for five months, from the 1st of November 2021 till the end of March 2022. We're looking for friendly tenants that will appreciate our new furniture and enjoy staying in a quiet and peaceful, newly-built residential area.

It's 1500€ per month including all bills. Since we're subletting it at the actual cost and not making any profits off this, we're hoping to find responsible tenants that will look after our flat, make themselves at home and nurture our plants while we're gone.

The flat is very well located, right in the heart of Friedrichshain with all the restaurants and social life nearby.
It's a 5 mins walk to U Frankfurter Tor, 5 mins walk to U Samariterstraße & roughly 10 mins walk to Boxhagener Platz.

Please note the apartment is only suitable for couples or singles.
You will be introduced to our lovely landlord, who kindly offered to help you with any questions while we're gone.
We'll also provide a proper sublet contract, also noting down the deposit you've paid.
