Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem ruhigen Haus im Weddinger Brüsselerkiez. Sie haben eine sehr gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel, U6 Seestraße, U9 Leopoldplatz, Straßenbahnlinien 50 und M13 sowie mehrere Buslinien, die in 5 bis 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar sind.

The flat is located in a quiet building in Wedding's Brüsselerkiez. You will have access to excellent public transport connections, U6 Seestraße, U9 Leopoldplatz, Trams 50 and M13, plus several bus lines within a 5 to 10-minute walk from the Building door.
Wir werden einen Untermietvertrag unterschreiben lassen. Das Kautionsgeld erhalten auf jeden Fall zurück, sobald wir die Wohnung besichtigt haben und uns vergewissert haben, dass die Bedingungen die gleichen sind wie bei der Schlüsselübergabe.
Alles wird mit der Erlaubnis der Hausverwaltung gemacht, du wirst ihre Kontaktdaten haben, falls etwas passiert, während ich weg bin.

We will get a sublease contract signed. The Caution money will be returned once we do a walk thrugh the apartment and confirm the conditions are the same as when you got the keys.
Everything is being done with the house administration's permission, you will have their contact details in case something happens while I'm gone.
