Sie ist super schick und komplett eingerichtet, verfügt über einen privaten Garten und ist nur 12 Minuten zu Fuss vom HBF entfernt. Das Schloss Bellevue, die S-bahn Bellevue und der Tiergarten sind in nur 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Zahlreiche leckere Restaurants, gute Cafè´s, ein LPG Bioladen sowie Post und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Umgebung.
Das Apartment ist ab Mitte/Ende Oktober für mindestens 2-3 Monate verfügbar. Eine Verlängerung ist nach Absprache möglich. Der Mietpreis von 1800,- beinhaltet sämtliche Nebenkosten inklusive Strom (Bis 250kwh pro Monat), Internet, Möblierung, Waschmaschine, Einbauküche etc. Eine Anmeldung ist nicht erwünscht. 1 Monatsmiete Kaution. Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen geeignet, vorzugsweise ein Paar.

Hello, due to a trip I am looking for a tenant for my super stylish and cosy apartment. It is completely refurbished and fully equipped. The mainstation is only 12 minutes by feed. Grocery shopping, Post office and many good restaurants and cafés are just around the corner. Schloss Bellevue, the S- Bahn Bellevue and the Tiergarten are just 5 minutes away. The rent of 1800,- includes all sidecosts such as electricity (Up to 250Kwh a month) Internet, washing machine, kitchen etc.
Registration of residence (Anmeldung) is not desired. The apartment is available for minimum 2 - 3 month from middle / end of October. A extension is possible. 1 monthly rent deposit. A visit is possible from beginning of October. The apartment is for two persons, preferred a couple. Further information in a private chat.
