Heyho,
ich biete hier meine zwei Zimmer-Wohnung in Britz an, die Wohnung verfügt über einen Balkon und befindet sich im 1. Stockwerk.
Die 540€ ergeben sich aus dem Tagespreis von 30€/ Tag. Die Wohnung steht vom 18.07. - 04.08.2023 zur Verfügung. Es ist auch möglich die Wohnung für eine kürzere Zeit zu mieten, mindestens aber fünf Tage am Stück. Das würde dann 45€ pro Tag kosten.
Beginnt eure Nachricht bitte mit „Kartoffelsalat“, damit ich weiß, dass ihr die Beschreibung gelesen habt.
Die Kaution von 700€ ergibt sich dadurch, dass die Wohnung mit meinen persönlichen Möbeln ausgestattet ist und bezahlt werden müssen, wenn sich an diesen oder der Wohnung Schäden befinden.

Hey I am renting my 2 room flat for respectful people. The flat is in britz süd which is only 15 minutes away from the ringbahn with which you can reach nearly every place you want to see.
I am taking 540€ because its available for 18 days and the dayproce is 30€ - its so cheap because I want someone to take care of my place but this post is short termed.
700€ deposit because my personal furniture will be used by you and if its damaged I have to take the deposit.

Die Gegend ist wunderschön grün, ruhig und mit vielen Rasen anlagen und von guten Spaziermöglichkeiten umgeben. Innerhalb von 10 Minuten seid ihr am Bahnhof Britz-Süd, an welcher die U-Bahnlinie 7 fährt, mit der ihr nur weitere 10 Minuten fahren müsst, um an der Ringbahn (S41/S42) zu sein. Direkt am U-Bahnhof Britz-Süd befindet sich auch Kaufland und Aldi. In der Wohnung befindet sich alles was man zum Leben braucht ( Bett, Couch, Fernseher, Balkon, Küchenutensillien ). Ich fände es schade, wenn die Wohnung unbezogen bleibt, da ich selber auch gerne in andere Städte reise, dachte ich mir wieso biete ich nicht auch mal meine Wohnung an.
