Die Wohnung ist nur möbliert abzugeben, von daher Klamotten auspacken und wohlfühlen. Für die komplette Einrichtungen würden wir eine Ablösung von 3000 Euro berechnen. Die Wohnung liegt in Britz und gehört zur denkmalgeschützten Hufeisensiedlung. Sie hat eine Balkon und einen Garten und liegt direkt an der Haltestelle Blaschkoallee. Es kommen nur Nachmieter mit eigenem Einkommen in Frage (ca. 1500 € netto). Wir würden die Wohnung erstmal wegen der Kündigungsfrist untervermieten, danach kann sie übernommen werden. Die Hausverwaltung ist da sehr unkompliziert.
Die Wohnung liegt 5 min Fußweg von der Haltestelle Blaschkoallee (U7) entfernt. Die Wohnung gehört noch zur Hufeisensiedlung und ist daher sehr grün und ruhig. Nächste Aldi, Lidl und Netto sind mit dem Rad auch in 5 min erreicht.
