Wir suchen einen Nachmieter/-in für unsere schöne, teilmöblierte 2-Zimmerwohnung ab März 2021.
Die Wohnung ist ein Hochparterre im ruhigen Westend. In 10 Gehminuten ist man bei der U2, die einen direkt zum Ernst-Reuter-Platz, Zoo, Potsdamer Platz, Rosenthaler Str usw bringt. Mehrere Bushaltestellen sowie Supermärkte, Rossmann, 2 Parks und Eisdielen sind auch fußläufig erreichbar!
Wir suchen einen Nachmieter/-in, da wir die Möbeln in der Wohnung lassen möchten und dafür einen Abschlag von 1.500€ haben möchten.
Schreibt uns bei Interesse doch gerne hier im Messenger eine Nachricht inklusive vollständiger Auskunft - der Vermieter muss euch akzeptieren.

Sehr gut angebunden: U2, S-Bahn, mehrere Bushaltestellestellen zu Fuß schnell erreichbar.
Supermärkte (Edeka, Aldi, Lidl) um die Ecke oder mit dem Bus gut zu erreichen. Bäckereien, Eisdielen, Blumenläden usw. sind auch da.
Brixpark und Ruhwaldpark laden um die Ecke zum Joggen ein.
Very well connected by public transport: U2, Sbahn, several buses a few walking minutes or a couple of bus stops away.
Supermarkets of all sorts, drug stores, bakeries, ice cream shops around the corner.
2 parks closeby: Brixpark and Ruhwaldpark, ideal for joggers :)
Da wir beide tagsüber recht beschäftigt sind antworten wir tendenziell eher abends auf Nachrichten.
FYI: we tend to be rather busy during the days and will reply to messages mostly in the evening or on weekends.
